EXPERIENCE

I graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Western Seminary and am currently a Ph.D in counseling student at the Oregon State University.  I also hold a graduate degree in urban studies and have over ten years of experience working in the field of urban planning.  In addition, I am a certified professional mediator who is trained in conflict management techniques and problem solving skills.  I speak on topics related to marital relations, parenting, and emotional/spiritual wellness.  

My counseling experience include work at a community agency and an adult residential facility.  I have been in private practice in the past few years.  

My mediation experience include work with Community Mediation Services in Southwest Washington and in my current practice.

My overseas experience includes working with at-risk youths, orphans, and survivors of human trafficking, natural disasters, and war.  I counsel in English and Asian languages - specifically Mandarin Chinese and Thai languages.
